If you are looking for a cancel button, you can stop looking. Undebt.it+ is not a subscription. I don't like automatic subscriptions, so I intentionally make renewals a manual process.
How the membership works
When you buy Undebt.it+ you pay $10 once for 12 months. Nothing is stored for a renewal, no card is kept on file, and nothing is charged again unless you come back and click to renew. Ten days before it ends you get a reminder email; after that, the membership expires on its own.
Where to see the date
Open My Account and look at the Undebt.it+ Membership tab. Your expiry date and your order history are there.
What happens when it expires
Your account goes back to the free version. Everything you entered stays: debts, payments, history, settings. The Plus features stop being available (bill tracking, reminders, bank and YNAB syncing, the Debt Blaster, Undebt.AI, the ad free member area), and anything they created is kept so it is all there again if you renew later.
The free trial
The 30 day trial works the same way. It asks for no card, so there is nothing that can be charged when it ends; it simply expires and the account continues as a free one.
Refunds
If you bought Plus by mistake or it is not what you expected, use the contact form and I'll do my best to make it right. However, since there is a free trial available, refunds are issued at my discretion.
Closing the account entirely
That is a different thing, and it is on My Account under Reset/Delete Account. Deleting removes your data and any remaining Plus time with it, so if you only want to stop paying, you do not need to do anything at all. If you happen to delete your account because you wanted to start over, but still had an active plus membership, use the contact form to let me know. I can move over your old membership to your new account.
