Undebt.it is a web-based debt payoff calculator and tracker. You enter your balances, interest rates and minimum payments, choose a payoff strategy, and get a month-by-month schedule with a debt-free date on it. From there you log payments as you make them and the plan keeps itself current; that's the part a spreadsheet won't do for you. There are 8 payoff methods to choose from, including the debt snowball and the debt avalanche, and you can compare them side by side before committing.

I built the site in 2012 and still run it myself. Creating an account takes about a minute and never asks for a credit card. There is no bank connection, so Undebt.it never sees or stores your banking credentials — you enter balances yourself. Member information is never sold, the site uses cookieless privacy-first analytics rather than advertising trackers, and the calculators carry no ads at all. The privacy policy spells out the rest.

Plus is $10 a year — not per month — and there's a 30-day trial you can activate any time without entering a card. The free tier isn't a crippled demo: the calculator, the payoff schedule, unlimited debts and the Excel export are all free and always have been.

Easier to tell you now than to have you find out after signing up.

• There's no mobile app (not now anyway, but I do have something in the works). Undebt.it is a website. It works fine in a phone browser and you can even add it to your home screen, but there's nothing to install from the App Store or Google Play.
• It doesn't connect to your bank. You enter balances and log payments yourself. The one exception is YNAB, which Plus members can link to pull balances across automatically. That's a deliberate trade: no credential sharing, at the cost of a few minutes a month.
• It isn't a budgeting app. There's bill tracking and a savings challenge, but if you want envelope budgeting or automatic spending categorisation, a dedicated budgeting tool will serve you better. Plenty of people run one alongside Undebt.it.
• The interface is English only. Currency and date formats are configurable, but every page, email and help article is written in English.

If what you want is automatic transaction import from every account and a native app, Undebt.it isn't the right tool and I'd rather say so here. If what you want is a precise payoff plan you control, kept current in a few minutes a month, that's exactly what it's for.

I just want to tell you this is the best money management site ever, I have done all of them YNAB, mvelopes, quicken, dave ramsey. Yours is the easiest to understand, and work with. GREAT JOB !

I wanted to pop in and say thank you for the Undebt tools. It really is just what I've been looking for! Although I have just signed up today, I am excited to get started. I know it will be an invaluable resource to my husband and I as we get our finances in order. Overall, I am impressed with the professional look of the website... I believe the site you came up with is going to be very helpful to us, and I know a lot of hard work has gone into it.
