How do I use the 52 week savings challenge?

The 52 week savings challenge is part of the Undebt.it+ premium membership. The first thing that needs to be done is to turn on the Bill Management module from the My Account page. Once you have it turned on, create a new bill account and make sure to select 52 Week Savings Challenge as the bill type.
